A wonderful experience! My project was not urgent, the pleasantly polite and professional crew was here within 4 hours of my initial contact. They quickly cleaned out the main drain line and promptly diagnosed the issue causing the slow drain. A significant hole, created by a utility crew running a fiber cable under the driveway. Hoping the utility company is as awesome to work with on pipe repair as my Zoom Drain crew!!! Will definitely contact them again for future plumbing needs! It was a dirty job, and you guys did it with a smile! Thanks so much! I honestly look forward to working with you all again!

Zoom came out today and work above expectations to problem solve a toilet and shower draining slow. Removed the clogs and advise me on problem with toilet. Very impressed on knowledge and ability to look from outside clean out to toilet and shower, then trouble shoot toilet after clearing blockage from clean out to pipes inside. Definitely recommend Zoom and will call them again!

We had a slow leak causing water damage in the ceiling from an upstairs bathroom, and called Zoom Drain to help. The plumber who arrived was polite but lacked experience and came unprepared—no floor rags or towels, no ladder (despite my explaining the leak was from the second floor), and ended up borrowing both from me. His first guess was the toilet’s wax ring, so he removed the toilet, only to find that wasn’t the issue. He left the area a bit messy and reinstalled the toilet without caulking properly. He then cut several holes in the ceiling and upstairs drywall, trying to locate the leak, but after a couple of hours, he still wasn’t certain. He eventually called his boss for guidance, then told me he couldn’t finish that day because of other appointments. He charged me $230 for the day’s “work” and quoted another $450 to return and finish. Everywhere he cut, he left a mess that my wife spent an hour cleaning up. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Zoom Drain unless they can guarantee sending someone experienced and properly prepared for the job.
