From our first meeting Sean was eager to fix the problem with my hard drive. Initially, it proved to be more problematic than expected. After removing the hard drive and inspecting the interior, found the problem. He then made necessary changes to the hardware which made possible my access to needed data. Great job. I would recommend Sean to others with similar problems.

Sean was super kind and very helpful. He did an entire wipe and reinstall of my laptop. He explained things as he was going. He made sure everything worked before he left. And worked with me on the price too! I would definitely recommend him for anything!
