- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic pricing starts off at $125 per page and moves up depending of the amount of details your site requires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with customers the First thing we do is talk with the customers to get a feel of what they are looking for to make sure its within our scope. The second thing we do is provide the customer with an expected time frame in which it will take to complete the project to make sure it falls within our clients time frame. The third thing we do is take a 30% deposit as good faith from our customers. Which is non-refundable and covers the time my staff takes to put together a working example of what the site will look like. Once the client is happy with the layout we move on to taking an additional 20% deposit which finalizes the fact we are going forth with the project. The forth and final step is complete the site, show it to the customer for his or her approval and sign off on another job well done.
