- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to meet face to face with a training client. Preferably over coffee or a glass of wine so that we can get an idea of what to expect from each other. I use this time to make notes of the client's medical history, fitness history and future goals.this helps me personalize my training plan. These consultations are always free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am nationally certified in the following...personal training, group exercise, sports nutrition, yoga, strength training, cardio core, silver snrakers, Pilates , PiYo, spin, indoor cycling, basic boot camp, water aerobics, step, kick boxing, functional fitness, advanced yoga, and zumba. I am also a certified sports nutrition advisor. I have 6 years experience working as a trainer for multiple organizations such as the YMCA, YWCA, KROC CENTER, FIT BODY BOOT CAMP, & THE FAMILY Y. I now have opened my own fitness studio
