Introduction: Heather Deshea has been a certified makeup artist through MUD (Makeup Design)-Official makeup brand for the Miss Universe and Miss USA pageant system for four years and counting. She studied at Bellus Academy, which was voted number one beauty school by Allure Magazine, in San Diego, CA. Her experiences with different modeling agencies have propelled her passion. Her makeup teachings began in 2012 while working for Neal Hamil Modeling Agency in Houston, Texas. Since then, she has branched out into West Texas and is expanding her business. Bringing high fashion and industry knowledge to the Southwest is what her vision truly is. Working with designers, models, and pageant queens has been her main focus. She has worked on music videos, fashion events, countless photo shoots, and much more.
Heather Deshea is nationally and internationally published. She currently is the official hair and makeup artist for Art Avenue Magazine. Through the growth of Deshea Exclusive, Heather Deshea wants to educate others in the industry to continue to propel their careers.
As a makeup artist, I specialize in photography and film makeup. I work very hard to ensure my client is 100% satisfied before leaving him/her.

Heather is great in everything she does. She was one of my daughters modeling instructors. She made it fun but challenging for her. Excellent makeup artist. And is doing camps and work shops that are empowering young girls.
