- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do! Our standard service call for general service and labor is $129.00. We do make sure that our customers get what they paid for. Check our spotless reviews for proof of our statements
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk to a customer initially answer any questions that may need answering and collect any details about why they would need us. We get the customers contact info and provide our name.We will find out what time is convenient to come out and coordinate a time that works for our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training for door repairs is mostly from an apprentice program and training process from senior repair technicians. All our customer will meet with a qualified repair man who is closely supported by our office.
