- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on your plan and whether we are in person or virtual, I charge a monthly fee, add on services are available and discounts for some add on services apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call/FaceTime and sharing of info via email, etc. If you are local and plan for face to face sessions, we will also meet at a public place to introduce ourselves before you come to the Studio in my home for sessions. Also, I ask serious clients to confirm their commitment by completing a brief questionnaire so I can begin thinking about how to support them in achieving their goals!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer and renewed that certification by adding certifications in Fitness Nutrition and Weight Management and more recently went through the certification process to become a Menopause Specialist.
