What can I say about Chef Jason, renamed to Chef Fabulicious by my guests! From the first phone call to the dinner, the service was impeccable. During the first call, he took the time to understand what we liked, which restaurants we loved to frequent, and together we came up with a menu. He was very responsive and so easy to work with. On the day of, his crew showed up on time and by the time I had arrived, they had already gotten organized and laid the tables. There's nothing better than working with someone who is dependable and professional. My group of friends are foodies like my fiance and I, so the quality of food was extremely important. He more than exceeded all of our expectations, and my guests wanted to like their plates! The value that Chef Jason brought was incredible. I was so busy taking care of my guests, that I didn't have a chance to eat. They packed up food for me to be able to take home afterwards. I hosted an amazing neighborhood "Pop Up" dinner with Flavor Affinity and my guests are still ranting and raving about it. Chef Baker was an absolute joy to work with. He packs everything in and out. I love how he works with you to create the perfect menu for your occasion and how explains each course as it's served. He gave us the 3 or 4 course option (we chose 4) and left us more than satisfied. I would highly recommend him and will be hiring him again in the near future for a farm-to-table dinner for my non-profit organization.Aug 20, 2018
Flavor Affinity and Chef Baker came highly recommended by a co-worker of mine. I decided to use this service because Chef Baker was not only the first to respond to my email, (I sent out the same email to 3 private chef/caterers) but had the most value built into his quote. He had pre-built packages but ultimately allowed us to design the whole menu! We chose a 4 course option and could not have been happier with the food, ambiance, and decor. Lastly, as the party began to wind down, I noticed that almost the whole service area and glassware was cleaned up without anyone noticing. It was a truly impressive evening and Flavor Affinity comes highly recommended from myself and surely anyone who has had the pleasure to work with them.Aug 22, 2018

I offer an array of services from 5-course plated fine dining seated dinners to elevated buffet style events. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost, I like to get an idea of what the final project looks like. In my experience, building a memorable experience begins with having a vision of what the event looks like. If needed, I have access to different indoor and outdoor venues that I have used in the past. Then, together with my client, we determine the style of food and service that is needed. With that knowledge I will go back and design a menu and game plan to execute your event flawlessly. Along the way, I am accessible through email, text message and by phone around the clock.
