- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20 per hour plus travel. It's that simple!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial phone call, I like to schedule a low key, complimentary budget and expectation consultation. I like to meet in person to make sure our personalities are going to “click”. I will also explain, in person, services I can offer. We would also discuss exactly what the client is seeking with NO communication issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took cake decorating classes when i was 11 and i have been baking ever since!
