- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only over premium services, so our pricing reflects that. Individual subject area tutoring hours start at $80 per hour. We offer packages of 5 hours for $375 ($75 per hour) and 10 hours for $700 ($70 per hour). Our test prep packages are 10 hours at $1000, which includes unlimited proctored testing, our personalized curriculum, and testing materials). We offer a variety of classes that are detailed on our website. Tutoring hours never expire, and they can be distributed between family members and used with different tutors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our website enables clients to purchase packages and schedule with a tutor at anytime. However, after parents reach out to us, we generally gather information on what they are looking for and their availability, and we select a tutor that we think would be the best fit. We will then put the student and parent in touch with their tutor, and parents will use our easy scheduling and payment page on the website to schedule with their tutor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, as the founder, I am certified to teach high school mathematics in both CO and FL. I have also worked as the Director of Education at The College Store, where I developed our non-parallel test prep curriculums with a test anxiety component. As for our staff, they all hold at least a Bachelor's degree in their related fields. Many of them hold teaching certifications and currently work in fields in which they tutor. They have been background checked and trained to be highly effective educators.
