- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I recognize it might be hard to budget for someone who charges hourly - How long will this project take? What if it takes a lot longer than I originally budgeted for? I will work with you do find a good fit for both you and me when it comes to pricing. Please don't hesitate to ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to learn about you and your needs. This can be via phone, but I prefer an in-person conversation. This also allows me to see the space you'd like to work on. The second step is to come up with a clear and tangible plan. Third, we execute our plan! And lastly, I leave you with tips and advice on how to maintain your organized space.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, I was always very clean and organized. I lined up my stuffed animals in order of height! My family members would "hire" me to organize and I loved helping them. In college and throughout my professional career, people have asked me to help them make their spaces cleaner, more organized, and simpler.
