Focus on each customer & job at a time and finish the job vs leaving workers stranded for hours and job unfinished for days/weeks or just not showing up at all! Overall, his worker (NOT HIM) did a great job once finally done. Leaves workers unattended and some inexperienced because he is too busy running around getting other bids/jobs. Did not show up when he said to begin the job which was not a problem as we were not in a rush BUT once he did show up things were left undone for days. Better if he had just finished what he started in a timely manner, very inconsistent! We had to pay additional to dispose of debris that he agreed to remove because he never came back as promised. Never checked if insured so that may be a concern if he is hiring guys on the spot/inexperienced and leaving them to do a job. Suggest to get bid in writing and agree to additional "costs" before starting/including clean up disposal.
