- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies according to size of event and menu. For Cooking Lessons: $30 an hour or $75 for a 3 hour session (for up to three people)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I will have a conversation to see what the customer's likes and dislikes are, allergies, etc. Then we go into personality and find food and drinks to pair with their theme.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training started at a very young age. I was raised by my grandmother who was a personal chef for some of the biggest names in Texas; being in the kitchen became second nature to me. Also, I studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of California San Diego.
