- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Good doesn't come cheap, and cheap work isn't any good. we will work with you and come up with a solution that will also not kill your bank account. financing is an option in most cases, and we aren't going to allow monies to dictate the needs. we feel that there is more value to work than monies exchanged. mainly , customers and the families and homes therein. relationships that we intend to make last.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
there isn't one. everyone is there own normal. we like the differences between us.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
all types, big, small, short, tall, funny, not so funny, boring, christians, jewish folks, even mormons. we like diversity.
