- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I charge an hourly fee of $60 or can quote a flat fee for a specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule an initial consultation in the project space to meet the client, see the space, hear about their vision for the space, identify likes and dislikes, offer suggestions, and take measurements. This initial consultation lasts between 1 and 2 hours. Afterwards, I leave an engagement agreement with the client so they can decide if they'd like to continue working with me, in what capacity, with what scope, and how/when they will be charged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design (Chicago, IL) in 2004. Since then, I have worked in the field both in a major retail interior design studio and for myself.
