- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends in part on whether I need to take the train to the client or if the client is in my town and in walking distance or if the client is coming to my office, partially on whether client's work requires me to read / prepare extra material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two M.A. degrees, one in French Literature, one in English Literature. I lived and worked in France for over two years. I have 24 years experience teaching French language and literature to high school students, two years experience teaching English and French at the college level, and have tutored many students through the years. I am also a produced playwright of short one-act plays in the midwest and in England.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
People of all ages, from 8 to 84, though I work most often with high school and college students.
