Introduction: Private yoga/meditation classes and reiki sessions tailored to the individual~ I was trained as a yoga and meditation teacher and reiki practitioner in India, where I began my exploration of sound healing, energetic work, and body tuning... nourish, align, connect, heal... My favorite part of this practice is seeing the peaceful trance that everyone seems to go into after having a fulfilling meditative experience. Meditation has changed my life in so many positive ways, and I love sharing this beautiful practice with others and seeing how it can positively impact their lives.

Jenny regularly provides yoga and meditation classes for staff at the organization I work at. She is really excellent. Even though she herself is very advanced in both yoga and meditation she understands how to facilitate a class for people who have many different levels and experiences. She is thoughtful, has a soothing voice and believes what she is teaching. We all enjoy our time with Jenny. I highly recommend.

Meg is a truly a special, special, incredible woman. She has a natural ability to heal through meditation and yoga in a unique way that I have never experienced by anyone else. Her sessions will leave you in a better place than when you began, only wanting to fill all your hours in her presence as she makes her sessions personal, welcoming, relatable to anyone- filled with calming music and incense. She is an immensely passionate, warm, TRULY AMAZING and electric energy and it is not only an absolute honor to have her as a rock in my life, but as my spiritual guidance through thick and thin. Megan just left and I feel amazing! She taught a yoga session to my son, 9, daughter, 7 and myself right in our living room. She explained the practice beautifully and taught us at our inexperienced pace with ease. We all really enjoyed our 1st session and look forward to next week!

I am happy to work with clients to settle on a fair price that works for both of us. Fees vary based on location, teaching, and number of students.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a short phone conversation to talk about exactly what the client is looking for, and then we decide together whether we would like to meet for a longer briefing over coffee or to go ahead and book a session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hour Teaching Certification in Meditation, Yoga, and Pranayama - trained in Goa, India -based in Ashtanga/Vinyasa mixed styles -Tribe Yoga -Yoga Alliance Certified Wanderlust Yoga Trauma-Sesitive Yoga Teacher Workshops/Training Master Reiki Certification, Krishna Yoga Center, Jammu and Kashmir, India
