Introduction: Chef Paul is originally from England and has been a Chef for over 20 years working around the world in cities such as London, Paris, Amsterdam, Bangkok, Dubai & Washington DC. He was lucky enough to be Michelin star trained by world renowned Chef Albert Roux so his attention to detail and use of fresh flavors and flavor profiles help all of his dishes stand out. Throughout his career he has worked in many Michelin starred restaurants including Le Gavrouche, London and Longueville Manor, in The Channel Islands. Other career highlights are being Executive Chef of the world-famous Yas Marina Formula 1 Circuit in Abu Dhabi, catering for the Dubai Rugby 7's and Race to Dubai Golf Championship, being the Chef for the American Ryder Cup team in 2002 and as a teacher/trainer at 'The Cooking School' for 3 years.
