Single person sessions and small group rates available (2 or more people) Weekly bootcamp classes for only $5 or $10
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet for a free consultation session to learn about the clients fitness and nutrition goals so I can then create plans specifically pertaining to each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended National Personal Training Institute in Waltham, MA. There I received my Personal Training Certificate, along with certifications in Kettlebell, TRX, and USA Powerlifting Coaching.
