- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To make sure I clearly understand the needs, I send a form that helps people clarify any training needs, health issues, daily routines, supplies, and other basic information. This helps clients to identify potential causes of their pet's behavior and ensures they get the most focused, practical support possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained my own dogs in obedience, agility, dock diving and flyball. I have also worked with people and their dogs about behavior issues such as jumping, leash pulling, aggression, fear, and much much more. A constant learner, I do my best to stay current with latest learning theories, health information, and pretty much anything pertaining to life with dogs.
