Pricing is variable in order to keep costs low. Smaller and newer homes are less likely to require as much time to inspect as a very large, century old home. Additionally, a condominium inspection does not include common areas or items typically owned by the association, such as the roof or the exterior. Same great services, but you only pay for what you need. As low as $350 for a home and as low as $200 for a condominium.
