I have been training with Rick for about 7 weeks, 2-3 times per week. My experience so far has been outstanding. He knows exactly what kinds of weights and exercises produce the results I want. I feel like it has been so easy--I just show up and follow the plan. I'm happy with the way my body is changing so far and I can't wait to see the results that a few more months will bring.
