- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will meet in person and discuss the business and its needs. From there we developed a customized solution to set the business up for success. Implementation is very easy and we assist with the first couple payrolls until the client feels comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in business managment and carry an FPC certificate.(fundamental payroll certification).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with clients from any and every industry. These clients range from 1 employee all the way up to several hundred employees.
