- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical pricing is $79/Hr for residential customers and $99/Hr for Business Customers. We don't charge more or less for one OS vs the other. The only other charges we have is the Remote Support which is a One-Time Fee of $125.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take care of every customer as if they were our grandma! Love, Respect and most importantly PATIENCE!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Service Techs have multiple certifications in everything from A+ to the MCSE and Cisco Certifications. Many are Redhat and Apple certified as well!
