Our pricing system is a flat rate which is predetermined to predefined services. Please contact us to get a quote for the service you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers are treated fairly and are considered a part of our family. We adhere to values that are designed to ensure that we put your needs first, and we always aim to deliver superior customer experience. When we meet with a new customer we spend a few minutes to go over any concerns and problem areas of the services they seek. We also explain what they can expect during and after the service is complete, including detail of the diagnosing process and care afterwards. We write and present a quote to our customers and upon approval we then start the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are experienced, trained and certified in all areas of residential and commercial AC installation, AC services and maintenance and household appliance repair. We follow a set of service standards on complaints handling and resolution to ensure the customer issues are resolved in an independent and prompt manner.
