- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I have to travel to the customer I add a travel fee to the hourly rate, based on the distance. I offer discount if a package of 10 or more lessons are purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my first class I usually talk to the student to assest the level of knowledge and fully understand the goals and the purposes of learning Italian in order to better prepare the following classes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Radioloc Technology and in Italy I was a trainer for new technologists, so I taught for 20 years the use of medical equipment like MRI and Computer Tomography. When I moved here I started to be interested in teaching my native tongue and I learned as much as I could helping in High school italian classes for 4 years. I also volunteered tutoring students after school. I did two full days orientation and exams with Inlingua in July 2016 and I was approved.
