Rob has personally come to our home two times. The first time he came and did some fixes, tune ups, and hooked all our devices up to the wifi. While giving us good advice on proper security, backup, wifi, and storage. The second time he quickly and efficiently set up our new PC system. Including computer, printer, speakers, and all the wifi. He also helped us reset the old PC to another room and advised us on backing up files. I have called him for minor glitches. Over the phone he's been able to fix the problems. Rob's services are efficient, effective, and affordable. I would recommend to anyone who needs computer work.
