- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
YES! Our STANDARD rates are: $50 for the first hour $25 for each additional hour Our DISCOUNTED rates for seniors, veterans, and emergency services personnel are: $40 for the first hour $20 for each additional hour AFTER HOURS HOTLINE We will do after-hours visits from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Please note that an after-hours service call will incur an additional $40 added to the first hour ONLY.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call to our office, which is immediately passed on to our help desk (it is automatically placed into our ticket matrix) over at gulfcoastecs.zendesk.com and shows up in our inbox right away. This way, you can track your request throughout the time that we serve you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined 15-years in a technical environment. Worked with Novell servers, as well as analog and digital telephone networks both on the job and at home in order to learn more about how servers work in a production environment. Have worked in IT one way or another for nearly 15 years
