Spent month without computer. .was told was being fixed...when called to get it bk..said no, couldn't fix.!! I have agreement in black an white that it was going to be fixed an my husband agrees!! !! Have since bought new one an got more help an info on what real problem with it from guys at Walmart computer fix place inside the store in 10 minutes, as to actual problem then from these guys an they had it a mo!!..what's that tell ya??.. Like usual. .noy much customer service in state thats tourist place!! Baa. Was not what these guys thougt an they are fixing it fr bk up computer ..in case I need a second one sometime! ..oh well! Starting fresh but so far..no issues an have double warranty. .jus in case!! Oh well, only time gt immediate call bk was aftr my first contact with them Aftr that..very little phone or emails ..now I know why..lol!! An they say return call in 60 mins??? ..not my experience! ! Can improve by not saying they will fix it..an then try to make u look stupid when they can't fix it.! Bad move!!!

Dear Skyy, It is regrettable that we were unable to fulfill your wishes for $80. Estimates are just that, estimates. Unfortunately, I can't release a computer until I have been paid, and we were waiting for your paycheck. I offered to do the initial service - without hard drive installation - for $25 (my regular rates are $50/hr). That was out of charity, as you were by your own admission unable to pay immediately. Initially, on the phone, you had stated that we promise a 30-minute callback, now you're suggesting it was a 60-minute promise. That's for new intake customers. Existing customers are called back on the day, or the next day before noon. I'm happy that everything worked out well for you in the end. However, you need to remember that I offered to help you out of: 1. Charity - You said you were quite poor 2. Good faith - Where we are able, we help our customers who are on fixed incomes. I do hope that you will enjoy your new computer from Walmart, and thank you for your note. Best, Mike

Mike is a very conscientious person, efficient and most importantly caring. He considers each step of the repair prior to acting. He changed out a cooling fan on my small fiddly 13'' laptop. He was running a few minutes late and even had the courtesy to phone which is unusual. I will definitely use his services again if ever in need of a computer fix whilst here in SW Florida.

Mike is A+. He arrived on time with his tools ready to go to work. I hired Mike to install a new printer and label maker. He is very knowledgeable in his field and wasted no time getting both products installed and up and running. He took the time to be sure I knew how to operate everything. His fees are very reasonable compared to other companies. I recommend Mike highly and would not hesitate to call him should I need computer repair or installation of computer equipment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
YES! Our STANDARD rates are: $50 for the first hour $25 for each additional hour Our DISCOUNTED rates for seniors, veterans, and emergency services personnel are: $40 for the first hour $20 for each additional hour AFTER HOURS HOTLINE We will do after-hours visits from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Please note that an after-hours service call will incur an additional $40 added to the first hour ONLY.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call to our office, which is immediately passed on to our help desk (it is automatically placed into our ticket matrix) over at gulfcoastecs.zendesk.com and shows up in our inbox right away. This way, you can track your request throughout the time that we serve you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined 15-years in a technical environment. Worked with Novell servers, as well as analog and digital telephone networks both on the job and at home in order to learn more about how servers work in a production environment. Have worked in IT one way or another for nearly 15 years
