Spencer and his team were able to work within our budget to repair our roof and other related damages inside our home. They met every deadline and completed every promise, even working with us to get the payment from our out of state mortgage company!

Patriot roofing was not able to repair my roof properly after repeated attempts. Poor customer service and totally unreliable service technicians. Unfortunately we had to hire another company to repair our roof. Would not recommend.
Patriot Roofing's reply
First we would like to express sincere sympathies for this customer's frustration with this project. However, In fairness, the complaint issues are not factual.
The customer was advised that multiple attempts may be required to isolate and repair all of the many leaks associated with this commercial roof. It is a 45,000 square foot flat roof. The condition of the roof is extremely poor. A full replacement is absolutley necessary.
With the understanding that the repairs would be fragile, the repairs were made. Unfortunately, HVAC contractors accessed the roof and damaged the existing repairs.
This being the case, Patriot Roofing readdressed those repairs. In fact, we continued to work on this roof even after the customer's complaint was posted. We are still working with this customer.
Again, we sincerely sympathise with the customer's frustration. It has been agreed that the complaint was made in haste due to that frustration. We understand. Water leaks on delapitated flat roofs are tricky at best.
We will continue to assist this customer and appreciate the opportunity to do so.
