- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to each customer's varying needs, we price each job individually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to obtain all of the details about the job from the customer before any work begins so that we are all on the same page and the customer gets exactly what they've envisioned. We are also happy to assist our customers with choosing paint colors, flooring, trim, etc. if they ask. Once the work begins, we are sure to keep our customers up to date every step of the way. Customers are more than welcome to watch us work or check in on us at their convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The employees of Central Home Improvement have 30 years of home renovating, moving, and cleaning experience combined. We're sure to perform the required tasks correctly down to the smallest details. Customer satisfaction is our goal!
