Introduction: TeamFit Fort Worth is a small group fitness studio providing our clients with a fully integrated, all-inclusive approach to reaching all of your fitness and health goals. Our system is based on these four cornerstones to help you reach your health and fitness goals 1. It needs to be fun. 2. It needs to work in the kitchen. 3. It needs to give you tangible, concrete results. 4. It needs to be SUSTAINABLE. GROUP FITNESS We offer 60 class session a week that you have unlimited access to. Each class is a maximum of 7 participants to ensure everyone gets the proper attention from their coach. Classes are a mix of resistance training, core work, conditioning and exercises to help you tone and lose body fat in a safe, healthy way. Workouts change daily so you are never doing the same workout! PERSONAL TRAINING We offer one-on-one and group personal training. With personal training packages you get month to month full body composition assessments to measure progress and unlimited support, motivation, and accountability. Workouts are programmed by your nationally and degreed certified personal trainer to best suit your goals and limitations. PERSONALIZED MEAL PLANS Let's face it... eat right is hard! Not only does it take self-discipline, self-motivation, and knowing what you are doing but it also takes time planning out all those meals that correlate with your specific goals. As we all know, we are all different. We all have different body types, metabolisms, food preferences, goals, fitness levels and busy schedules. How could 1 generic food plan work for all of us? IT CAN'T. With our 7-day personalized meal plan, you are getting a meal plan that is specifically tailored TO YOU. TeamFit supplies the motivation, coaching, accountability, and continuing education everyone needs to accomplish their health and fitness goals. Seeing progress builds momentum and sustains the drive to keep going. We take pride in seeing our clients progress in their journey and celebrate along side while still providing the support they need.

I've enjoyed and been really challenged by the exercise classes, nutrition training and fitness assessments provided with my membership to TeamFit Fort Worth. The classes are small and available at multiple times per day. I've been able to choose times over a week (Monday-Saturday) that fit my schedule. And, the classes themselves have a combination of cardio, strengthening and conditioning that can be tailored to everyone needs. Also, they change every day so it's not the same set of exercises from day to day and week to week. I like the instructors - Brenna and Dennis - because they urge me on to work harder and they act like mini-cheerleaders to keep us going. What I especially like is that classes are like team sessions and the people I exercise with also encourage me to come back and exercise with them multiple times a week. I've done a lot of exercises on my own in the past and I find myself doing the same set of exercises over and over - 35 minutes on the elliptical, 2 different arm exercises and 1 abs exercises. Not only did this not challenge me over time, but I got bored and just quit going. I also never challenged myself to do more. And, no one was really there to do it with. Also, the nutritional counseling is also a bonus because I'm now learning to package meals up so that I can have premade, healthy meals ready to eat rather than giving up and getting fast food or eating junk for a meal. I'm just starting (been doing this for a month) and I'm still excited with the experience. I'm ready to keep going!

I started to work out at Team Fit with Brenna Hicks on Jan. 2, 2017. She has been amazing, encouraging, upbeat and positive. For the first time ever, I am enjoying going to the gym to workout. Every day is different, so you don't get in a rut. I would recommend Brenna and Team Fit to anyone wanting to better their self.

Very professional while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone who walks through the door will feel instantly welcome. The workouts are amazing and can help anyone reach their fitness goals. Would recommend this gym and it's trainer to anyone seeking a healthy lifestyle.

I live this place! It's different than you standard everyday gym. It's a new challenge 6 days a week, which keeps it fresh and interesting. I hope toncontinue here for a long time. In 2 weeks I am already feeling better and seeing subtle changes. You won't be disappointed!
