- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes! Our business model is to provide the most accurate price quote before starting a job. We know how to price fairly and competitively based on experience. Our price list is available by email, or can be seen on our website @ rainmanpowerwash.com - Please check it out - you will see we are the best value in town!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the customer's needs - What do they need done? What are their expectations? Based on their input we can provide an accurate assessment of the outcome, and can quote an accurate and very competitive price. People appreciate honesty - we will not misrepresent our capabilities or prices. For example, old oil and other vehicle fluid stains often cannot be totally removed from concrete, stone, etc - We will make the surface look much, much better, but some slight staining may be permanent - We tell client's up front - We want happy customers - and we earn them every job we do :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend workshops sponsored by vendors that inform and educate service providers on their products and procedures, subscribe to and read trade publications, and do extensive online research, making us better informed. We have also conducted some of our own product research, doing side by side comparisons of products/cleaning solutions, to see results first hand.
