- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves with giving exceptional service but at market competitive pricing. We do offer Senior and Active Duty Military and Retired Veterans and First Responders discounts. We do offer limited night and weekend hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an introduction to the customer about our company and the licensed plumber that will be responding to their job and then we listen. We listen to the customer about what they would like from us. We then will take an assessment of the job and inform the customer of what the job will entail and a time frame for completion. Once the job is complete we will then ask the homeowner if they would like us to inspect their other plumping and give them a written update of other issues that may need to be addressed in the future. Our goal at the end of the job is a satisfied customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Master Plumber has 17 year experience in the field of plumbing. He and his crew have worked on everything from Residential, New Home Builds, Commercial to Industrial and Government jobs.
