- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All job requests will require an initial meeting to discuss the work to be performed. This meeting will also be the time to go over any options that can affect the cost of the job. I operate in this way in the interest of both parties. So I not only save time but money as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make initial contact to set up a meeting to discuss the job. The next step is to put an estimate together. Once the estimate has been approved and a contract signed schedule the job start date. Be available throughout the process to answer any questions or concerns and make changes if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
