- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my services have standard prices which are meant to be competitive with my competition. For example, a place like Staples who also does virus removals charges $150 flat to just remove viruses and has a turn around time of 72hrs. I have a faster turn around time (generally less than 24hrs) charge $80 and will help my customers to stay protected in the future. Prices for my services can be easily found on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will inform me of their issue(s) and then I will give them an estimation of what the cause may be. If I need more hands on information I will meet with the customer to assess the state of the device. Once I know what work needs to be done I will give the customer a quote and allow them to choose what they would like to do. Consultations are ALWAYS FREE.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of working experience with fixing computer and other electronic related issues. I am still currently working on finishing my bachelor's degree in computer science.
