- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for new customers is first getting to know the customer and what challenge they are facing which has motivated them to seek professional knowledge. The next step is explaining our business model and what makes us better than other businesses in our field. We will always try and give the customer the best solution to their problem even if that means it's not with us. We want our customers to know that we are committed to giving them a great experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my interest in computers at a young age. I have always challenged myself to learn and grow with the current technology. I have been engaged in computer repairs and computer science for over 13 years and will continue to grow and learn with new technology.
