- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As the Listing Agent I charge a Flat %. As a buyers agent I get paid solely on getting our offered accepted from the seller’s agent. Remember : Commissions are always negotiable but If I can’t maintain the integrity of my commission, how can you expect me to maintain the integrity of negotiating the price of your home?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start with a meet and greet whether its at your home during the home evaluation or at your local Starbucks. It’s always really important to see if we have the right connection in working with each other .
