Introduction: I love my job specially if I work for nice people who make my job easier, I had an experience with an old lady that she call for replace her shower valve cartridge , when I showed up in front of her place I start asking questions, she was surprised why all these questions for , I said I need to get as much information to make my job easier, so I found out that she remodeled her bathroom 12 years ago and switched her shower valve from right side to the left, and her contractor didn’t hire the right plumber to do the job so he extended the pipes to the ceiling which caused the hot line to be in the right and cold in the left, somehow two years ago her neighbor underneath did remodel their bathroom, since that time she start having a problem in her shower valve and hire a handyman to fix it he thought that is cartridge issue, but he didn’t fix it , so I found that somehow somebody installed a valve on her cold line , I found the contractor he bend the pipes to make a small carve to do the connection and with the tin I like to do small plumbing jobs , under kitchen sink work
