Prices vary based on half hour and hour sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we assess where you are at fitness wise compared to your goals. From there i develop a workout plan and can also create a specific diet plan to help you reach those goals. Always checking in on you on off days from training to make sure you are keeping on the right track!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as CPR/AED certified. Over 3 years experience training in a gym and privately in studio.
