- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At a high-level, I break the web development process into 5 phases. In each phase, I collaborate closely with the client and seek feedback. The four phases are: 1) Define - We discuss scope, needs, objectives, etc. 2) Design - I wireframe and design (e.g. choose the over look and feel, etc) 3) Develop - I code the website (e.g. start adding functionality, etc) 4) Test - If necessary, we run the website through a few tests (e.g. ensure it's compatible across browsers and smartphones, run usability tests if necessary, etc) 5) Launch - We prepare your website for public view!
