- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a price based on the square footage of your home, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, levels to be cleaned, pets in the household, children living at home, and overall condition of the home. We use this information to estimate the amount of time it will take to clean the specified areas. If you have a set budget, we can work with you to clean your home within those parameters. We always work in teams of two technicians and provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment, unless you prefer to provide your own supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen! We meet with you to understand your pain points and how we can best serve you - whether it’s a one-time cleaning or recurring service. We listen to your needs and make a plan to make you happy and fit your budget. We also have what we call a “200% guarantee” - if you are not happy with the service you receive, we will re-clean. If you are still not satisfied, we will give your money back.
