FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A cheap inspection may be the most expensive thing you'll ever buy. It may cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects. I promise, you'll get what you paid for by using a cheaper inspector. Cheap inspectors often know less and inspect less, which is why they're cheap.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather information on the property, provide a quote based upon this information and then setup the customer with an online account via my website. This online account provides the customer with access to the pre-inspection agreement as well as their completed inspection report. My assistance does not end when the completed report is finished. I am available to answer questions and provide suggestions at no charge long after the inspection is completed.
