- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide multiple property discounts. Our fees are standard but can easily be adjusted to best benefit your needs. We can customize a schedule for you or your client until you are 100% satisfied with the options we help you come up with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client to find out what is needed and what we can do to make the location safer as well as being able to provide them with reports that will help the pass city inspections & fire codes. For private investigations: We will meet with the client and go over specific details to ensure all safety measures. The principle is the number one priority and our job is to dedicate our time and all of our efforts in keeping him / her safe at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Licensed Instructor's that are certified by the Texas Department Of Public Safety Private Security Bureau. All of our officer's are required to take the minimum 40 hour training course related to security services. We have armed security officer's that are required to take the minimum course as well as weekly random checks to ensure that their firearm is properly cleaned, inspected and functional. Each entity of service is required to take a class and pass the state requirements prior to performing any of the following duties: * Armed / Unarmed Security Services * Private Investigator * Bodyguard Services * Bounty Hunting * Prisoner Transport
