Pat is a consummate professional who is serious about her work. She seems always to know exactly how to clean and, as a bonus, is a skilled organizer.
For example, I recently had lots of mail that had piled up for various reasons. Pat went through each item and divided them into groups that were easy for me to take care of. She took care of the hard part, and I just had to follow through.
Pat is a valued asset to our household, and everything is cleaner and runs more smoothly because of her.

They were very nice however I do not feel that I received the deep cleaning that I had requested.
Expectations of a Deep Clean Service: Overall Cleanliness both in look and smell, dust free surfaces and blinds, streak free counters, appliances, mirrors, and windows. Cabinets wiped down. Vacuumed carpets and mopped floors.
Reality: Tidiness... not cleanliness. Some surfaces and blinds untouched. Appliance surfaces were streaked and the dishwasher surface was untouched. Cabinets were not wiped. Mirrors were streaked and dirty. Windows untouched. Shower stall streaky, shower walls untouched. Stairs were not vacuumed (only the landings) and the wood was left dusty and dirty. Vacuuming was done around things such as shoes or cords rather than those things being moved or straightened. Bathroom doors were not mopped at all. Wood floors were left with dust and cloth debris. (I'm not even sure a cleaner of any sort was even used, just a dirty dust mop).
When issues were pointed out she, respectfully, explained that "dark floors show everything" (I had to clean my wood floors when they left, after vacuuming up the lint from the dirty dust mop they left behind) "the shower has a film from prior cleaning agents and its as good as it is going to get" (We cleaned it ourselves and there isn't a streak or film in sight now), When pointing out areas on the counter that were clearly not cleaned ..."scratch, scratch...that must be glue"... No, no, no! ...
After doing the "pre-clean cleaning" that we know we all do, I then had to essentially clean my house all over again! Best part... they were at my home all day... 8 hours and I still had to do so much! It was very frustrating to say the least.

Very personable mother-daughter team. They were also careful to use safer cleaners around my house, particularly where my toddler plays, and shared tips on how to clean my house more efficiently.
