A really helpful guy that made my problem with some files disapear! Responsive, friendly and willing to help! He even took a lot of time and effort into getting my problem sorted out. A really nice person to recieve some help from.

Steven is very nice. I was having computer issues and then it wouldn't turn on and I needed to get photos off of my hard drive before the hard drive failed. My brother in law apparently took my hard drive out last month when tinkering with it and took it with him to pull the info and didn't tell me. Steven opened it up and saw the hard drive was missing and contacted me right away. Even though he couldn't help at that point, he was very nice about it and I'll be using him in the future with any computer issues or if my brother in law can't pull the data from the hard drive.
