- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending on weight, and the condition the hair is when the patient is brought it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new patient to be groomed or boarded, I do require a copy of their previous vaccination history. The vaccinations I do require are Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a veterinary technician for the past 4 years, and have worked with rescue groups and groomed since I was 12 years old. I truly have a passion for animals and love what I do!
