FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fixed price includes principal photography, editing, motion graphics/graphic design and video delivery. The Fixed Price does not include travel charges, voice over work or additional footage requested after the final delivery. Travel charges are based upon the distance of the location and other affiliated demographics (i.e. Paid parking, Hotel costs etc.) Voice over work is a separate amenity and will be billed accordingly. Additional footage requested after a final video delivery for future use will be billed based on the amount of footage needed, the length of time needed and the individual budget of the customer. We accept payments via check or Epay. A contract outlining specific terms and conditions of a project will be sent and must be accepted by the client before a project can begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we communicate with clients over the phone or by email to discuss the specific scope of work and project deadlines and to set expectations going forward. After principal photography is completed it is typically a 2 to 3 week turnaround for a final video delivery. Clients are expected to communicate edits in a timely manner via email or over the phone. Currently we utilize an online program that sends finished video files via email. However, client(s) must download the content, there is no cost for this. A client is responsible for any and all distribution of the product. Social media posts (i.e. Tweets, FB posts Snapchat messages, instagram posts etc.) are not our responsibility.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.A.S. concentration in Motion Picture Editing along with 3 years experience working within the film industry.
