The service Shaun Cotter provided was excellent. Shaun's communication with me was professional and customer friendly. He was available for questions and immediate when providing responses. A professional business gentleman. Shaun gave me only positive and valuable feedback and technological reasoning why my laptop was and in this case hard drive was damaged and unrepairable. While Shaun did provide alternatives for repair because the laptop was much older it was cost prohibited. I would not hesitate to reach out to Shaun again in the future for computer services.
