- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That is just so hard to do with Catering. It depends mostly on what the host or hostess wants to spend. Then I can give them an idea of what there options would be. Together we will create a menu that will work for them, and we can both be proud of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly I need to find out just how formal (or informal) the event is and what kind of budget we will be working with. I'll take the information and search ideas for entrees etc. that match the criteria of our host or hostess. We want to make sure about dietary restrictions, etc. in order to find our perfect menu. My favorite work is for a special occasion with a small group. This is where I can really have fun and spend more time being creative.
