- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for certain services for example on hair consultations my price is $15 (come to me) and $25(to travel).Standard pricing sew in $60 closure $75 when clients travel to me and $85 (to travel).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a consultation with my clients wether its hair , make up or event planning to make sure that i am aware of what I'm working with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 + years in the hair and fashion industry and still take continued courses. I also have 15 years in event planning.
